What's Included

Floor polishing, countertop finishing, and fixture detailing. All surfaces are brought to their intended finish condition — ready for occupancy and first impressions.
Construction dust settles in HVAC systems, vents, and ductwork. We coordinate vent cleaning and air handler wipe-downs to prevent dust recirculation after the space is occupied.
Walk-through inspection and final touch-up cleaning before certificate of occupancy or tenant move-in. Every detail addressed — from light switch plates to corner dust.
