Cancellation Policy

Monthly Maintenance Plans

  • Month-to-month billing. No long-term contracts required.
  • Cancel with 30 days written notice before your next billing cycle.
  • Any services already scheduled within the current billing period will be completed as planned.
  • No cancellation fees. No penalties.

One-Time Service Jobs

  • Cancel with 24 hours notice before scheduled service — no charge.
  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice — 50% of quoted price applies. This covers subcontractor scheduling and dispatch costs already incurred.
  • Same-day cancellation after crew has been dispatched — full quoted price applies. Our crews are already on the way or on-site.

Vacation Rental Turnover Service

  • Cancel individual turnovers with 48 hours notice — no charge.
  • Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice — 50% of turnover rate applies.
  • Volume discount pricing requires a minimum 3-month commitment. Cancel volume agreement with 30 days notice; individual turnovers revert to standard per-visit pricing.

Emergency Services

  • Emergency dispatch fees are non-refundable once a crew has been dispatched.
  • If you cancel before dispatch, no charge applies.

Pricing & Fees

  • All quotes are provided free of charge within 24 hours of your request.
  • Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate.
  • A dispatch and coordination fee may apply to one-time service calls. This fee covers scheduling, crew dispatch, travel, and on-site assessment.
  • Materials required for the job are quoted separately and itemized on your invoice.
  • Monthly plan members receive discounted rates and waived dispatch fees as part of their plan benefits.
  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.
  • We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit cards.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of work, contact us within 48 hours of job completion.
  • We will re-dispatch a crew to correct the issue at no additional cost.
  • If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Liability & Insurance

  • CLD Facility Solutions is fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida.
  • All subcontractors in our network carry their own general liability insurance and are required to name CLD as additionally insured.
  • Any property damage caused during the course of work will be documented, reported, and resolved through our insurance process.
